About Estatya

Estatya is a rental listing platform built for Virginia residents. We start in Richmond and the surrounding counties, and we focus on the things existing rental sites get wrong: hidden fees, inactive listings, and generic national filters.

What we do differently

• Itemized fees. Application, admin, pet, parking — every cost is shown on the listing, before the renter applies. Aligned with Virginia VRLTA July 2025 lease disclosure rules.
• Verified listings. Every listing is reviewed for accuracy and active availability before it appears in search.
• Local first. Neighborhood links, school zones, and commute options are curated for Virginia — not generic national filters.

What we don't do

• We don't process tenant screening data ourselves. Background checks are handled by RentSpree, our partner — your data goes directly to them, not us.
• We don't auto-fill legal forms. Lease templates are blank PDFs you complete yourself, per Virginia Unauthorized Practice of Law rules.
• We don't charge renters. The platform is free to search and use.
